BEHAVIOURAL FRAMEWORK

A behavioural framework is a guide to support the adoption of good behaviours. It identifies good behaviours and positive & negative indicators. But most importantly, as well as providing a broad outline of desired behaviours, we identify triggers and provides suggestions and methods for dealing with situations.

We can help you build, implement and sustain a behavioural framework:

  • We analyse your current situation potentially using assessment tools and behavioural health checks. We will consult with a wide selection of stakeholders. We then specify, create and visualise the behavioural framework.
  • Once the behavioural framework has been developed, we can help implement it. We can develop and deliver experiential learning and coaching programmes for leaders & managers, key individuals, teams and supply chains / partnerships. We can develop a communications strategy and materials / tools.
  • Finally, it is important to make sure a behavioural framework achieves its aims. Reflecting on what has worked and what hasn’t enables the behavioural framework to be tuned. This evolutionary approach ensures that the gains are sustained.

Can you build on the behavioural work that we have already done?

Yes, we can look at your needs, values and desired competencies/outcomes and from that put together a behavioural framework that is tailored to work in your organisation.

It will identify your required behaviours, list indicators and triggers. It will provides approaches and methods for dealing with situations.

CORE BEHAVIOURAL FRAMEWORK

Our Core Behavioural Framework was initially developed in an action research project Understanding Human Centered Management in Food and Drink Supply Chains (Project-HCM). The project was funded by United Kingdom Commission for Employment and Skills (UKCES) via its Futures Programme. The research team was drawn from academia (University of Chester), food and drink businesses and ourselves (behavioural consultants from pixelfountain).
